Add repo star history

FWIW this should be easy enough to integrate now that the trend chart is generalized (#1310). I might give it a try after vacation week.

Of course the legend marker could also be a star. I can manage all these details if you want.

To set the star shape on the datapoints, just set the shape attribute in the dataset object:

And since the current radius for points is discrete, we might want to increase it slightly for this facet, by adding the chartConfig.line.radius attr:
