This PR adds cumulative elevation gain/loss about the user-selected area to the focus box. The values will be hidden if the user has not selected an area.
JavaScript is not my usual forte, so improvements are more than welcome. I don't often work with geo data either, so please feel free to correct me.
Thank you for brouter-web. It's among the best bike routing planners out there.
