Publish on crates.io

Currently, [crates.io](https://crates.io) doesn't allow packages to be published, if they rely on a git dependency. But we rely on some git dependency listed below:

- `clap`

**How to resolve this?**

I am waiting for `clap` to release a new version. When, if, it is released then I'll update and publish it.
