BUG: vertical scrolling of outputs not working

We have this tag in the pong tutorial :tags: [output_scroll], but it doesn't seem to work, the output cell is long, and vertically static.

FWIW, I think this probably doesn't work because it's not a code cell for the defined tag to be interpreted.

That being said, I don't see any cells in the rendered notebook executed: https://numpy.org/numpy-tutorials/content/tutorial-deep-reinforcement-learning-with-pong-from-pixels.html#train-the-agent-for-a-number-of-episodes. So maybe intent was to make the input cell scrollable? If so, scroll-input tag can be used.

Thanks @jaladh-singhal , your diagnosis is correct. We've already moved the un-executable code to a sandbox, but I'm more and more inclined to remove them entirely. That's a separate issue though!

I close this as an upstream issue that we have solved in Myst-NB; and that is in the plans to be solved for mysmd.
