Recently failing with update: true

I love this action, but I'm having constant failures from around 4/5 days.

@sinkingsugar I think that the issue is your assumption about the location of MSYS2. Precisely: https://github.com/sinkingsugar/chainblocks/blob/master/build-win.sh#L10

Since yesterday, eine/setup-msys2 uses the default installation available at C:\msys64 when update: true. You need to modify build-win.sh before reverting sinkingsugar/chainblocks@c5dbe0e.

That should have been fixed by msys2 upstream since a few days: msys2/MSYS2-packages#1960
