Custom actions and events system

A frequent user request is for WinNUT to have a system where custom actions can be carried out when certain conditions are met or events occur. An event may be the UPS state changing (on battery, on line, etc.) and an action may be raising a notification, waiting a certain amount of time, powering down the host computer and/or running a custom script.

This feature may replace hardcoded features like the notifications system, the power off and shutdown system and update check system.

Also looking for this functionality. The biggest reason is that unifi network systems (especially my NVR which has spinning disks), I'd prefer to send commands via SSH to shut them down before my winNut-Client system shuts down. It would also be ideal to shut down programs on my PC more gracefully. If I could point to a script that I own, it would be pretty easy to do anything I wanted. Of course more of this could be built into the UI, but since it's likely WAY easier to point to a script on winNut's end, makes sense to me to just do that and enable people to do anything they need.
