Port Android advanced samples to Xamarin

Add advancedmap3 samples from https://github.com/nutiteq/hellomap3d-android to Android samples here. Whatever possible, put to -shared folder, so same can be used for other platforms too.

Start with CartoDB Activity samples, with later plan for others too.
