Overview

Updated the Dockerfile and entrypoint.sh.

Background / Purpose

To ensure compatibility with the current version of Cassandra.

Changes

Dockerfile: Updated the versions of the base image, CQL, and cqlsh.
entrypoint.sh: Updated the CQL version.
