List view filter and sort

UI elements to support filtering/searching the admin list of model instances.

Probably OK if this is limited to the list view fields (search per column)

• String contains text
• (multi)select boxes for Enum/Boolean

Also expose the ListController sorting functionality in the UI.

Ideally #14 would integrate with this to allow exporting only the filtered results.

What do you think about just adopting DataTables.net for this? And for pagination, search, etc.
