MVCModule needs a way to inject options into the constructors of any controllers that it instantiates

MVCModule does a lot of useful work loading application resources, etc. It would be handy to provide a way to pass options into the controllers that it builds as well, since the nxus-admin, nxus-web, etc super classes all have various constructor arguments that tune the behavior of those classes.
