This PR should be held/reverted for now.

@swc/cli was upgraded to ^0.8.0, but @nestjs/cli@11.0.16 still supports only @swc/cli up to ^0.7.x in peerDependencies, causing npm i / Renovate lockfile generation to fail with ERESOLVE.

Please keep @swc/core update, but pin @swc/cli to ^0.7.10 (or <0.8.0) until Nest CLI officially supports 0.8.x.
