Editing earned certifications expiration date does not update edit dialog

Describe the bug
Editing an earned certification expiration date updates the table, but editing the same certification again shows the old expiration date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to REPORTS
2. Click on Certifications
3. Edit a certification, change the expiration date and save it
4. Edit the same certification
5. See the wrong expiration date

Expected behavior
The expiration date shown in the dialog should be the same as the table value.
