Zero is briefly displayed when loading the settings page

Describe the bug
When the settings page loads, you can see a zero briefly before data is loaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ADMIN
2. Click on Settings
3. See the zero briefly.

Expected behavior
A zero should not be displayed.
