- Use the new gwt-maven-plugin (by Thomas Broyer) to build the JAR
- Update objectify dependency to 5.1.21
- Update gwt-user dependency to 2.8.1
- Get rid of unused Test dependencies
And use recommended project layout: move super sources under /super
