Github OAuth integration

Pretty much what the title says, we need to integrate with Github for signup and authentication, this requires a few things.

The setup workflow goes something like this:

1. The SocialPM admin will have to register his instance as an application with github.com
2. He recieves a client_id which he then has to provide to his SocialPM instance. This can be stored an a Setting entry within SocialPM

Once setup has taken place we can then follow auth the process which is well documented.

We can then access the github.com API as the authenticated user.
