Please add a setting to exclude an issue for online first publishing workflows

@ronste We have a online first workflow, where articles are continuously published online. From time to time articles are collected and undergo a print publishing process. This could not correctly be done with the DNB plugin as is.

One solution could be to create an option in the plugin settings to exclude an issue with a special name from the DNB delivery – hence we’re using an issue with the name "Online First" for all the new content, which should’nt be exported to the DNB.

Please consider my feature request.
