Fixes https://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/13210

To test:

  • Need to find a server with a lot of scripts (see screenshot on ticket above)
  • Long list should be handled with a scrollbar automatically being added to the menu.

Tested on docker ubuntu.
