It's uncertain whether the language code is correct; is it zh-TW or zh-Hant? 不確定與語言代號正不正確,是zh-TW或zh-Hant

Description:
I've added the translation file for Traditional Chinese.
I'm not sure if the language code should be zh-TW or zh-Hant. Since I am from Taiwan and use Traditional Chinese, I've used zh-TW for this resource file. Please let me know if any adjustments are needed.
