The specified module could not be found ruby_filemagic.so

What problems are you experiencing?

Tried to use ruby-filemagic gem
It fails with:

The specified module could not be found.   - C:/Ruby24/lib/ruby/gems/2.4.0/gems/ruby-filemagic-0.7.2-x86-mingw32/lib/filemagic/2.4/ruby_filemagic.so

But file C:/Ruby24/lib/ruby/gems/2.4.0/gems/ruby-filemagic-0.7.2-x86-mingw32/lib/filemagic/2.4/ruby_filemagic.so exists.
Maybe some problems with PATH?

Steps to reproduce

1. git clone https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/ooxml_parser
2. bundle install
3. rspec

What's the output from ridk version?

When trying to build ruby-filemagic, I get the following error:

checking for magic_open() in -lmagic... no

It seems ruby-filemagic requires libmagic, which is currently not available as a package for MSYS2/MinGW.

Essentially, yes.

The file ruby_filemagic.so needs the libmagic-1.dll file, which isn't included. If the gem author/owner knows where to obtain it...

You might try bin\ruby_builtin_dlls or the msys32 32 bit bin folder (should be a bunch of other dll's there)...

Also, libmagic-1.dll requires libgnurx-0.dll

@MSP-Greg placed libmagic-1.dll and libgnurx-0.dll to C:\Ruby24\bin\ruby_builtin_dlls - errors just the same.
But not found

msys32 32 bit bin folder

with any dlls :(
