Use SHA-256 for blank nodes

Replace Clojures built-in hash with SHA-256 (here). Also, think about whether these blank nodes should be associated with wiring via a prefix.

Hashes should be based on LDTab values in which all CURIEs are expanded to full IRIs (this eliminates any variability due to prefixes).
