Description
New input types OCIFolder & OCIFile which wrap a non OCI folder or file with oras into a single layer OCI artefact with the folder or file included.
This makes it much easier to consume those files or folder via OCI repository enabled GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD/...) tooling.
