BatchLogProcessor has a flaky test on pypy

The test was consistently failing on pypy ubuntu and was disabled. We should find out the root cause and fix it.

It consistently raises KeyError after certain setswitchinterval limit but works for some lower values like 5 * 1e-{4,5}.

I believe the upstream fix landed in v7.3.8 fixes this issue. I tested against the latest rc1 https://downloads.python.org/pypy/ and it was working. Should be re-enabling after stable release.
