Add instrumentation for pyramid

Is your feature request related to a problem?
A honeycomb client is interested in auto-instrumentation using Pyramid, and there's example code from dd-trace in -contrib that could be ported over.

Port the dd-trace code to use otel

Describe alternatives you've considered
Also considered adding support to beeline-python but decided this would be more future-proof.
