While initialize Certification Authority : Error while loading CA certificate (/usr/local/openca-base/var/openca/crypto/cacerts/cacert.pem)

I encountered this error while importing CA Certificate.

Below is what I get.

I have checked the certs and keys,and it seems the steps before importing CA Certificate are completed fine.

I've been trying to solve this issue for a few days but none of the methods are working if anyone has a solution please help me solve this.
