If there is a technical / effort reason to drop v4 support I am fine to do so once I have tested v5.03 functionality. |

Description
Support CARTA 5 release, as well as maintaining the existing CARTA 4.
Changes
Restructure
cartasubfolder to include version numbers.Note
Existing CARTA 4 (
/science-containers/Dockerfiles/carta/4) will not build due to old reliance on CentOS.
