Summary

Keep /clawsweeper stop authoritative by blocking stale automerge/autofix replay while human review is active.
Prevent trusted pass markers from clearing clawsweeper:human-review.
Show /clawsweeper re-review progress in the command status comment until the durable review comment is updated.
