Windows App without Microsoft Store (For privacy, education and enterprise)

Is there a way to install the Windows desktop client without the Microsoft Store? Especially in educational and enterprise environments the store may be unavailable - as well as at home if you only use a local account.

For education/enterprise this "regular" installer should also be executable by an administrative account (read: as in system-wide installation in C:\ProgramFiles and not the users AppData) and accept parameters for a silent installation for example via an *.msi (with /qn) or an *.exe (like with InnoSetup via /SILENT)

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the duplicate. I will try to be more thorough in my due diligence for checking for duplicates before posting an issue.

With that out of the way, please, if there is no interest in a non appx package, which is fair, at least publish the appx package on the winget repository. They have a submission form on Microsot's Github page. They do have the option to submit a request, but I think it would be best for the opencloud team to make that request and not some random user (hi I'm a random user).

I do know it will work as I was able to sideload it as per @suse-coder method of acquiring the appx.

If the developers don't want to put in the request themselves, may I have the permission to to do so? I don't mind spending a few minute putting in the request myself.

I WinGet everything using UniGetUI at this point. I will go ahead submit a package request to the Microsoft Github at this point since there was no reply whether they care if I did or not, I'll just assume it wouldn't bother them.

Please publish any windows binary on github directly. Also the appx would be helpfull if it is to complicated to publish a msi or setup.exe.
