Bandwidht is only commputed on files in sync while the description is updated

The up/down bandwidth displayed is only computed based on the individual bandwidth of the currently active jobs.
Additionally, the bandwidth per file is only measured once per second, if a file finishes in under one second it is ignored.
Preferable, we should compute the overall bandwidth for the sync, including small files.
