Client window opens on sync event (Windows 3.0.2.2006)

Same symptom as #167

This just happened to me on Windows 11, Opencloud desktop app 3.0.2.2006. I created a space and added my user account to it. The desktop app popped open and on top of other windows, despite it being previously closed. (I think it was the new space that triggered it; I had also uploaded some files via the web UI within the previous five minutes, but the space seemed to trigger it within a few seconds.)

Notifications are 'on' technically but I don't have them configured to show up. Maybe I should just disable them. See screenshot below.

At ~9:20 I created a new space via the web UI while logged in as user pettijohn (who has admin rights). Behavior did not reproduce.

At ~9:22 I created a new space via the web UI while logged in as user admin and then added user pettijohn to the space. Shortly after (30 seconds maybe) the Windows desktop app popped to foreground.

It happened twice again at 9:45; I think disabling these test spaces I had created triggered it (while logged in as Admin at the web UI).

My theory is that this notifications setting of "on but not really" triggers the Received notification response for unknown notification event in the logs and causes the UI to pop up. With Notification "fully off" (top-most toggle set to off) I haven't been able to repro.

For some reason, we receive two callbacks for the same notification, the second time we no longer know about the context of the notification and decide to just raise the app....

Any chance you could run https://github.com/CobaltFusion/DebugViewPP/releases and look for log messages from snoretoast?

I did the same steps to repro. In windows settings, enable opencloud notifications, but disable toast & notification center. Then, logged into the web UI as Admin, create a new space and add user pettijohn to it. Opencloud desktop (syncing as pettijohn) pops to foreground a few seconds later.

Hm we really receive a dismissal and a timeout, more or less at the same time.
I wasn't even aware that windows can emit a dismiss twice...
