Migrate extension styles to tailwind #208

- As a developer I want to migrate to the awesome tailwind capabilities of OpenCloud web so that I have clean styles.

Acceptance criteria
- extensions in the web-extensions mono-repo don't use the
oc-classes anymore, but use all the tailwind goodness instead - styles/ui are not broken with web 4.0.0
