Opening the preview app crashes while sidebar is opened

Bug Description

Opening the preview app crashes while the right sidebar is opened.

Reproduction Steps

• Upload an image
• Open the right sidebar
• Open the image

Expected Outcome

The image gets opened without error.

Actual Outcome

It opens, but Web crashes. Possibly a regression from #1060.
