Shortcut-Links not working in Tiles view #1165

Bug Description
When clicking a shortcut link in Tiles view, the component re-emits click without the native event, so the parent’s @click.stop fails, which prevents the shortcut from opening.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a new Shortcut (New -> Shortcut, enter something like "google.com")
- Switch to the Tiles view
- Click on this Shortcut/Link
Expected Outcome
Link/Shortcut is working
Actual Outcome
Link/Shortcut is not working
