Top bar save hover color is wrong

Bug Description

The color of the save button in the top bar is wrong.

Reproduction Steps

• Create a new txt file
• Type something
• Hover the save button in the top bar

Expected Outcome

The icon of the save button is dark.

Actual Outcome

The icon is white:
