Tiles view is missing highlight on newly uploaded resources

Bug Description

#1361 fixes the highlighting of a newly uploaded resource for the table view. The tiles view however is still missing this.

Reproduction Steps

• make sure tiles view is enabled
• upload a file

Expected Outcome

The uploaded file gets highlighted for a few seconds, similar to how it's done in the table view.

Actual Outcome

It's not.

The same goes for the scrollTo param!
