Enable criu tests on centos 7 by using criu from Adrian's repo
(https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/adrian/criu-el7/)

The (unrelated) failure in Fedora 32 (make: command not found, the one we saw in other PRs recently) is caused by mirror network error:

Created #2511 to address the issue (unrelated to this PR)
