While we're fixing these, --bind also has an ‘=[=’ synopsis.

Some values on man pages do not show correctly, some indicate multiple values when there is only a single value. Some option values were highlighted while others were not. Signed-off-by: Dan Walsh <dwalsh@redhat.com>

Expanded the cleanup to add more consistency. Most of the time we were not high lighting the option values, so I removed all highlights. |
