Note: this PR bumps djangorestframework from 3.15.1 to 3.15.2, while the platform is still constrained to<3.15.0. This doesn't seem to have caused any problems, so just flagging it.

I tested thisgreen CI is sufficient - I have bumped this package's version
- I read through the code and checked the dependencies updated for breaking changes.
