Discovery: How to reconcile mismatched content/settings–list all settings (look at XBlock validation API)

Create a Discovery document detailing how we're going to handle all the settings that might be in conflict between something that is pasted into a course and the settings of that course, e.g. having a content group assignment that doesn't exist for that course. Make this document a child of the Technical Approach doc
