It looks like it will enable af-xdp feature by default in some env, but because we don't have libxdp, so it will report following error:
libcommon.fa.p/net_af-xdp.c.o: in function
af_xdp_cleanup': qemu-8.2.0/net/af-xdp.c:281:(.text+0x253): undefined reference tobpf_xdp_detach'after add this PACKAGECONFIG, it will disable the af-xdp feature by default, so compile success.
If we do need this feature, we should add recipe for libxdp .
