Bitrate selection wheel not appearing on Safari #2699

Problematic Behavior
The bitrate selection wheel for videos does not appear on Safari browsers. This issue has been tested across versions 15 to 18.
Note that the video player does not display at all on versions 14 and below.
Expected behavior/code
The bitrate selection wheel should be visible and functional on all supported versions of Safari.
Steps to Reproduce
- Access a teaser video on the fun-mooc.fr website using a Safari browser (versions 15 to 18)
- Observe that the bitrate selection wheel is not displayed
Environment
- Marsha version: 5.6.0
- Platform: macOS - Safari versions 15 to 18
Additional context/Screenshots
Other issues have been reported with Safari, such as audio-video synchronization problems, although they have not yet been reproduced. Safari versions 14 and below appear to be incompatible with Marsha, as the video player does not display.
