Hi @PGijsbers , I'm working on implementing the /setup/tag endpoint (#64). Before finalizing the implementation, I need clarification on a few points:

Database Schema

Can you confirm the exact table structure for setup tags in the expdb database?

• Table name: setup_tag?
• Column names: id, tag, uploader, date?
• Any constraints (primary key, indexes)?

Error Codes

Should I follow the legacy OpenML error codes (470–474 on HTTP 412) or match the dataset tag endpoint (code 103 for auth fail, 472 for not found, 473 for duplicate)?

Test Fixtures

Are there any known setup IDs in the test fixtures I should reference for tests (similar to dataset 1, flow 65)?

API Response Shape

Should the response match the dataset tag pattern:

Additional Endpoints
Should I also implement related endpoints like /setup/untag and /setup/tag/list as part of this issue, or separate follow-ups?
