GLYCAM PR now causing failures

Merging #156 is now causing tests to fail. Opening this issue to track resolution so we can cut a new release.

@zhang-ivy : When you open a new PR, don't forget to do it from a branch (rather than a fork) so the OpenEye toolkit can be used!
