#2199 changed feature branches in Prowgen, but there is a similar capability in config-resolver that needs to be changed too.

Fixes the following error in https://prow.ci.openshift.org/?job=*-release-4.10-images

ERRO[2021-08-05T11:12:39Z] Failed to load arguments.                     error=failed to load configuration: got unexpected http 404 status code from configresolver: failed to get config: found more than one matching config for branch release-4.10 on repo openshift/node-feature-discovery
