Applying as chair for Virtualization sub group

Hi, according to https://github.com/openshift/community/blob/master/CHARTER.md#role-of-sub-working-groups each sub group must have a chair, I'm applying for it. Not sure how the process is, so opening this issue.

@sandrobonazzola Just last week, the Documentation Subgroup discussed this process and the main group chairs will be getting folks officially named as subgroup chairs in the next week.

just in case I'm not able to attend: Sandro has been vital to the inception of the Virtualization Sub-WG, so he has my vote on this.
