What happened?

In the Cluster Customization topic, under "platform (required object): The configuration for the specific platform upon which to perform the installation" we need a link to the oVirt-specific properties on https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/master/docs/user/ovirt/customization.md#custom-machine-pools

What you expected to happen?

I expected a link.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Go to https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/master/docs/user/customization.md#platform-customization and search for "oVirt".
