[BUG] update cri-o version

What happened:

Installing in fedora 35 it stops because it doesn't find cri-o 1.20 dependency

What you expected to happen:

Installation should be successfully

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Using fedora 35 and following the installation steps from cri-o page

dnf module list cri-o
