What needs fixing?

The current text states bare metal is recommended, when it is in fact, required.

Monitoring can stay "recommended". I'd pop the bare metal statement out, and replace with:

The OpenShift Container Platform cluster is required to be installed on bare metal. Manage your Compute nodes in accordance with the number and size of the virtual machines to host in the cluster.
