I am adding a cluster admin guide to serverless 4.7 docs since continuing to add Administrator perspective docs to the existing assemblies is becoming really difficult to maintain, and the docs are so long and contain so many modules that I believe this will make them less findable and useful for users.
Doing this as a precursor to adding docs for the new Eventing tab in the Administrator perspective of the web console as per RHDEVDOCS-2334.
