Image trigger error message is worded too strongly

Run oc new-app redis, get this message until the image is imported. Message should be changed - it's technically a warning (certainly in the last X seconds), not an error. Waiting for tag redis:latest to be imported or created or similar...

svc/redis - 172.30.28.245:6379
  dc/redis deploys imagestreamtag/redis:latest 
    #1 deployment waiting on image or update

Errors:
  * The image trigger for dc/redis will have no effect because imagestreamtag/redis:latest does not exist.
