I saw these failures using search.ci after #26954 merged.

This PR includes these CRDs in the exceptions as they were pre-existing (but only in techpreview jobs).

retesting will not help us until : [sig-instrumentation] Prometheus when installed on the cluster should report telemetry if a cloud.openshift.com token is present [Late] [Skipped:Disconnected] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] is addressed.
